To use the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian mobile phone number, active email address, and a secure password. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the mpo077 platform. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. If mpo077 detects multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any real-money winnings derived from bonus abuse may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any other person. mpo077 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately. mpo077 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
mpo077 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if the Account is found to be in violation of these Terms, if fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected, or if continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
mpo077 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer) checks as part of our commitment to security and compliance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) best practices. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 1–3 business days of document submission. Incomplete or unclear documents will be returned with a request for resubmission. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed.
mpo077 may request additional documentation at any time if we have reason to believe that account information has changed, that the Account is being used by a person other than the verified account holder, or that enhanced due diligence is required due to the volume or value of transactions.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard players; Gold-tier VIP members may request a higher daily deposit ceiling from their dedicated account manager.
Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for most bank transfer and e-wallet methods. In exceptional cases, confirmation may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit does not reflect in your Account balance within 1 hour of confirmed transfer, you must contact support with your transfer receipt for manual reconciliation.
All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be declined or reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits from persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit will be reversed in full and the Account will be permanently closed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this thre shold will not be processed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Supported withdrawal channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
mpo077 targets a 15-minute average processing time for all withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours. Requests submitted during peak periods or requiring manual review may take up to 24 hours. We cover all bank transfer and e-wallet fees — the amount you request is the amount you receive in full.
Withdrawals of real-money funds are available at any time, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met. mpo077 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal that is unusually large or that triggers our internal risk-management thresholds.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50.000.000 per day and Rp 200.000.000 per week. Gold-tier VIP members may request elevated withdrawal limits through their dedicated account manager. mpo077 reserves the right to stage large withdrawals across multiple processing cycles where required by our payment processors.
New players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000 on their first qualifying deposit of at least Rp 50.000. The welcome bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement calculated on the sum of the bonus amount plus the qualifying deposit amount. The bonus must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited, or it will expire and be removed from the Account.
While you hold an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or wager is Rp 50.000. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active will be voided and the associated winnings forfeited.
mpo077 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or opposing bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk (matched betting), exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities, and colluding with other players. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated funds will be forfeited without appeal.
Unclaimed bonuses expire 7 days after being issued unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Claimed but incomplete bonuses (where wagering requirements have not been met) expire according to the validity period stated in each promotion — typically 14 to 30 days. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.
mpo077 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
Once a bet, wager, or game round has been confirmed by the mpo077 system, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including market, selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager.
Sports betting markets are offered on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and other sports as available. Settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body. mpo077 reserves the right to void any bet where the result is disputed, where an obvious pricing error occurred, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. mpo077 may suspend in-play markets temporarily during key match events (goals, red cards, penalties, timeouts). Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets inadvertently accepted after a live event that has already occurred may be voided at mpo077's discretion.
Togel bets are settled based on official draw results from the relevant lottery authority (Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK, etc.). mpo077 does not control or influence lottery draw outcomes. Draws occurring outside of announced schedules due to public holidays or technical issues will be settled as soon as official results are published.
All casino table games and slot games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems audited by independent third parties. Published RTP percentages are long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds; individual session results may vary significantly from published averages. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
In the event of a technical error, server failure, or software malfunction during a game round or bet placement, mpo077 will void the affected round and return all stakes to the Player's Account. Winnings derived from exploited system errors will not be paid and will be removed from the Account.
